GPET 2026 – Legal Disclaimer

Please read the following disclaimer carefully before registering for GPET 2026. By proceeding with registration, the student and/or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.

Important Notice

By registering, the student/guardian agrees that GPET 2026 is owned and managed by Gradorra Private Limited and that mandatory camera, microphone, and secure browser permissions may be used for AI proctoring; violations may result in disqualification.

1. Ownership & Management

  • GPET 2026 is owned and managed by Gradorra Private Limited.
  • By registering for GPET 2026, the student and/or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the applicable terms, privacy practices, and legal disclaimer of the program.

2. AI Proctoring & Device Permissions

  • GPET 2026 may use mandatory camera, microphone, and secure browser permissions for AI-based proctoring and examination integrity.
  • The front camera, back camera, microphone, and other required device permissions may be used during the examination as necessary for secure monitoring.
  • Any violation of examination rules or proctoring requirements may result in disqualification.

3. Pre-Registration Fee

  • The Rs 99 pre-registration fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • By proceeding with the payment, the student and/or guardian acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of the pre-registration fee.

4. Scholarships & Rewards

  • Scholarships and rewards are strictly merit-based.
  • Registration for GPET 2026 does not guarantee any scholarship, prize, reward, laptop, tablet, smartphone, monetary benefit, or other award.
  • The eligibility, selection, number, and distribution of scholarships and rewards will be determined according to the applicable merit criteria, verified registrations, available funding, and program rules.

5. Right to Modify or Postpone

  • Gradorra Private Limited reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel the program or examination.
  • This may include changes to the examination pattern, dates, rules, procedures, eligibility criteria, or other program-related requirements.
  • Such changes may be made for valid technical, financial, administrative, operational, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Account & Security Protection

  • Gradorra Private Limited will never request passwords, OTPs, or bank details through unauthorized calls, messages, or other unofficial communication channels.
  • Students and guardians should never share passwords, OTPs, banking information, payment credentials, or other sensitive information with anyone falsely claiming to represent Gradorra.

7. Acceptance & Jurisdiction

  • By selecting “I Agree,” the student and/or guardian confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Disclaimer.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with GPET 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
ACCEPTANCE

Acknowledgement & Agreement

By selecting “I Agree,” the student/guardian confirms acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Disclaimer.

Any disputes arising in connection with GPET 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
